Operations Executive (Sea & Air Freight)

Position Summary 

We are seeking an organized and efficient Operations Executive to support our Sea, Air, and Land Freight Teams. This role involves managing the seamless movement of shipments while continuously driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of port and customs procedures in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Sea, Air, and Land Freight operations.
  • Coordinate the movement of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
  • Send Sea & Air Freight quotations and route import shipments.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in freight operations in Dubai.
  • Knowledge of Sea, Air Freight, and Import/Export procedures.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and Mirsal 2.
  • Strong computer and communication skills.
 

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive with over 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and operations. The role involves handling inquiries, providing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication with local and international clients.

Customer Service Executive – Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle import/export/cross trade business for Sea and Air Freight.
  • Provide detailed quotations and cost analysis for international shipments
  • Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
  • Oversee critical time-sensitive shipments and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Graduate with 5+ years of experience in customer service and operations within a freight forwarding company.

  • Expertise in freight forwarding operations, customs procedures, and MNC client handling.
  • Experience in rate & service negotiations with shipping lines/airlines.
  • Strong ability to handle operations independently.

Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with over 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. This role requires strong sales skills and a deep understanding of freight services, including customs regulations and international logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, generating leads and closing deals.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and job costing for international shipments.
  • Negotiate rates and services with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents
  • Manage invoicing and prepare job reports.
 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales within a well-known cargo company.
  • UAE valid driving license and a good understanding of UAE roads.
  • Fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Pashto, and Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures and Mirsal II.
 

Heavy Truck Drivers

Position Summary

We are hiring experienced Heavy Truck Drivers to join our team. Candidates should have a solid driving record and a strong commitment to safety and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy trucks for freight and recovery purposes.
  • Ensure timely and safe transport of goods.
  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid UAE heavy truck driving license.
  • Minimum of 4 years of heavy truck driving experience.
  • Experience with recovery trucks is a plus.
  • Must be based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview and driving test.
